Nestled in Somerset West, our small vineyard SilverBerg is framed by the stunning Helderberg mountains, where we cultivate our Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz grapes. They are nourished by sea breezes, mountain soil and abundant sunlight.
Our German owner, a successful musician and real estate professional, blends his passions into every bottle, creating wines that harmonize structure and flavor.
Exclusively produced for Carlina Luxury Accommodation, our wines feature grapes sourced from South Africa’s finest vineyards. Each bottle captures the essence of the Cape Winelands, celebrating its unique terroir and diverse climate.
